RETURNS:

We wants you to love what you buy. However, there are certain rules regarding the return of any merchandise.

You are responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. You shall notify us in writing WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise, including shortages, quality, or specification. We will not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN LAUNDERED, ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER (DYED, PRINTED, EMBROIDERED, RELABELED OR THE LIKE) OR THAT ARE IN ANY OTHER CONDITION OTHER THAN “AS NEW”. We will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs during any attempt to dye, print on or decorate the merchandise.

Your failure to provide written notice of a claim, as set forth above, shall constitute a waiver of any claim you may have for damages resulting from any defects, including late delivery. All sales of discontinued items, close-outs or overstock items are final and no returns are allowed for any reason.

ANY RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please E-mail us at returns@ivpdesigns.com, telling us why you are seeking a refund. All returns must be requested in writing. Phone requests are not possible at this time. We will usually respond within two business days by return email attaching a “Return Authorization” and “Return Label.”

Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to you. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box of similar quality. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR TO THE MERCHANDISE IN SHIPMENT BEFORE ITS ARRIVAL BACK TO US.


Please be sure to include the Return Authorization and attach the Return Label to the outside of your box.


Remember, returned items must be post-marked within 30 days of purchase.

Subject to the limitations noted above, you will receive a credit posted to your credit card once it is received and checked in by our warehouse. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your credit. If we are not going to issue you a credit, you will receive a written explanation as to why not.
